Acquisitions and Dispositions – Commercial Real Property
Mr. Ryan has analyzed, prepared, and negotiated purchase and sale agreements on behalf of both purchasers and sellers for improved and unimproved commercial real property. He has conducted purchase-related due diligence, including reviewing and analyzing title reports and the specific title exceptions, including easements, and providing title comments along with a reasoned analysis of the title exceptions. Mr. Ryan has also prepared closing documents and escrow instructions.
Leasing –

Mr. Ryan has represented both landlords and tenants in the analysis, preparation, and negotiation of office building, retail, and industrial leases. In addition, he has analyzed, prepared, and negotiated various other types of commercial leasing agreements, including subleases, amendments, assignments, termination agreements, guaranties, estoppel certificates, and subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment agreements.
